At Tolan, we understand that finding the right product can be difficult. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy on all of our products.

Product Replacement
At Tolan, we know that sometimes things go wrong. Whether it’s an error in packaging or shipping, your package may become damaged, or you may receive the wrong order.

If that’s the case, please notify us immediately at info@tolan.ca to arrange for a full replacement. In case of product brides mail order replacement, there are no additional shipping charges.

Returns
Use Tolan Skincare products for 30 days. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, email us at info@tolan.ca; be sure to include your order number in the subject line. We’ll make arrangements for a full return and refund.

Return Shipping
Products intended for return must be kept in good condition. Please pack the items you intend to return safely, in the original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a suitable replacement that will keep the product from being damaged.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
